We don't accept returns or refunds on custom products because they are made-to-order and they cannot be re-sold, However If there is anything wrong with your order, we will gladly send a replacement for FREE. No problem at all, if you want us to embroider or print on a specific type of apparel that you have, we can gladly do that. Simply reach out to us via email, we will give you instructions on how you can ship us the products. After we finish your items we will ship it back to your door.
